Harch Care Resource provides placement services for elderly and disabled adults. We have compiled a list below to give you an idea of the types of clients we serve. We have placed some of our clients in Residential Care Homes with the following health conditions...
Mental Disorders (Medication Controlled)
Personal Neglect (that can lead to a health condition)
Congenital Heart Failure
*Other (See Below)
* This is by no means an all inclusive list. There are plenty of other conditions that would qualify you or your loved one for a Residential Care Home. However there are some exceptions: 1) those who are completely bed bound, 2) those who need a Registered Nurse available 24 hours a day 3) those needing suction procedures or feeding tubes or 4) typically those with a serious infectious communicable disease. Infectious communicable diseased prospects would have to fit the specific requirements of the facility. If your loved one meets any exceptions from 1 to 3, they cannot be admitted to any Assisted Living or Residential Care Home. In this case a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) would be an available option.
